Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for items within 7 days of purchase, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same item.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Sale items and discounted products are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • For hygiene reasons, caps, mittens, and booties cannot be exchanged.
  • We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been washed.

Exchange Process and Shipping:

  • We can only process an exchange.
  • We will send the replacement product once we receive your returned item.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange.
  • For replacement or exchange, the customer must bear half of the shipping charges.

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth exchange process and protect against fraudulent claims, we require a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video for all requests related to:

  • Theft or missing items.
  • Product damage.

Video Guidelines:

  • The video must clearly show the entire process of opening the package, from the initial condition of the packaging to its contents.
  • The product and its packaging must be clearly visible throughout the video.
  • We are unable to process exchange requests for these specific issues without a valid unboxing video.
