Shipping and Exchange:

• We ship all our orders within 4 to 6 days
• It takes around 7-12 working days to deliver your products depending on your location.
• However, considering the current circumstances, you may expect delay of around 10 - 15 working days.
• We don’t offer exchanges on caps, mittens, and booties (unless the product reaches you damaged).
• Once washed, items can’t be returned or replaced.
• Sale/discounted products aren’t eligible for returns or exchange.
• Size exchange or any damage to the product once you receive the exchange, e-mail us or WhatsApp us with your issue within 3 working days of receiving your products, and we are happy to help you out.
• We can only process an exchange. We will send you the replacement product once we receive your returned item.
• For replacement/exchange half the shipping charges is borne by the customer
• Every piece is lovingly made and goes through careful quality checks before it reaches you!

Please ensure the video is continuous, uninterrupted, and clearly shows the product and its packaging.We regrettably cannot process exchange requests for theft, missing items, or product damage without a valid unboxing video.
