Once washed, items can’t be returned or replaced.
Sale/discounted products aren’t eligible for returns or exchange.
Size exchange or any damage to the product once you receive the exchange, e-mail us or WhatsApp us with your issue within 3 working days of receiving your products, and we are happy to help you out.
We can only process an exchange. We will send you the replacement product once we receive your returned item.
