• It takes around 7-12 working days to deliver your products depending on your location.

• We don’t offer exchanges on caps, mittens, and booties (unless the product reaches you damaged).
• Once washed, items can’t be returned or replaced.
• Sale/discounted products aren’t eligible for returns or exchange.
• Size exchange or any damage to the product once you receive the exchange, e-mail us or WhatsApp us with your issue within 3 working days of receiving your products, and we are happy to help you out.
• We can only process an exchange. We will send you the replacement product once we receive your returned item.
• For replacement/exchange half the shipping charges is borne by the customer
